Mid-Atlantic AHMA Fall Regional Conference

EVENT DESCRIPTION

Gather in Richmond this November with fellow affordable housing professionals from the Mid-Atlantic region for this annual opportunity to Learn-Laugh-Network!

The Mid-Atlantic Affordable Housing Management Association is pleased to be hosting its 24th Annual Regional Fall Conference….the only event in this region to focus solely on affordable multifamily rental housing management issues. The event is slated for November 19-21, 2019, at the Doubletree Hotel/Midlothian-Richmond. Once again, we’ve developed an agenda for everyone! Targeted sessions will be presented by expert speakers, with sessions applicable to site management, leasing staff and corporate management as well as a separate full-day of training for maintenance personnel.  Attendees will have the opportunity to share ideas and information while gathering the most up-to-date information on legislative and regulatory changes and industry “best practices.”

REGISTRATION/FEE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

 **Conference Registration/Fee Payment & Cancellation Policy –
We fairly, impartially and strictly enforce this policy, so please read carefully.
Early bird rates available for members only; registration and payment must be received by 5p.m. on October 1st to receive early-bird rate. Standard Rates apply for all registrations/payments received after October 1st—no exceptions. Corrective invoices will be issued for any early bird payments received after the early bird deadline. Registration and registration fee payment must be received by the registration deadline (Oct. 25th). Registration fees refunded less a $75 cancellation charge if the cancellation notice is received in writing via email to terry@mid-atlanticahma.org by Oct. 25th. Non-payment of the fee by the due date does not cancel the registration. No refunds provided after the registration deadline for any reason; substitutions are allowed at any time prior to the start of the event. Partial substitutions are not allowed; i.e., multi-day registrations may not be divided or shared. All no shows are responsible for payment of the full registration fee. Certificates of attendance will be held until full/correct payment is received. Non-payment of fees may result in registration refusal for future events and held certificates for others registered/attending from the same company. Corrective invoices will be issued to non-members registering/paying at the member rate and the balance due must be paid by the event date. A $50 late payment fee will be assessed on all payments received after the registration deadline.
This policy applies to the Fall Conference only. Please refer to the workshop policy for any other MA-AHMA event.

Members: To be eligible for the early-bird rate, please note that your payment must be received on/by COB on October 1st (i.e., this is not a postmarked by or check dated on/by deadline!). Any member early-bird registration for which payment is not received by October 1st will revert to a member/standard rate registration (NO EXCEPTIONS) with balances (i.e., the difference between the early-bird and standard rate) due by Oct. 25th to avoid late fees.
